Jodi Barrows' Square in a Square system has been a wonderful addition to my quilting passion.   • Must have the Original Ruler
    • Everything we do is based on the Square in a Square ruler, this is the magic wand!
  • Must have the Advancing On II book
    • Advancing On II is the main workbook for the Square in a Square system and contains the first 17 Options. It also contains 60 block sizes, 15 quilts and 27 charts. It has 51 pages of pattern adapting to turn any quilt into a Square in a Square quilt.
  • Moving On With Diamonds ...NEW BOOK with 18 new Options... a "Must Have" book
    • The Diamonds book is the main workbook when working with the diamond. The diamond units are the ones that help create those long, thin points; just look through the book at the beautiful quilts and notice how easy they go together.
  • May want the DVD
    • The two hour DVD goes through the first 20 Options showing you how to cut and sew each one. A great tool for those that like the "visual" effect.

    • This is a great pattern book containing 21 patterns all being made with the first 7 Options. This book is our all time best selling book; we have sold well over 150,000 copies. The value at $16.95 is just hard to beat. This book has always been called our starter book, but you can start anywhere.
  • Leaving Riverton, Liz's Mercantile, Abbby's Schoolhouse...pattern books and novels
    • Leaving Riverton is the first in a series that contains a novel, a pattern book & fabric collection. Based on Jodi's family history, the story starts in 1856 and as more novel are added, the story will continue up until the mid 1900's. Liz's Mercantile (2nd in series) pattern book, novel & fabric are also available. Currently, Abby's Schoolhouse (3rd in series) pattern book & fabric are available; the  Abby's novel will be out winter 2008. You can get caught up on the novel and enjoy making the patterns that the characters describe. Even if you don't read much, you will still enjoy the patterns of the beautiful quilts that were created.
